1.1. This policy determines the terms and conditions for the usage of MYNT services and the Vehicle Lease Agreement. MYNT enables registered Clients to lease Vehicles through a mobile application which is installed on mobile device the Client.

2. Definitions
2.1. Regulation – this document describes terms and conditions of use of the MYNT service. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and fulfilment of all conditions that are listed in it present the basis for using MYNT system and the Vehicles.
2.2. Contract – contract between The client and MYNT Mobility d.o.o. related to the use of MYNT services in Croatia, determines mutual rights and obligations which are specified in the Regulationst. 2.5. Single lease agreement _ Vehicles – contract assembled between The client and MYNT Mobility during rent Vehicles , he determines mutual rights and obligations accordingly content Regulations , concluded through MYNT services within MYNT system .
2.6. MYNT system – launched by MYNT Mobility, the system rental mediation _ Vehicles , including software that allows lease Vehicles.
2.7. Mobile application – application which allows access rent Vehicles available _ on mobile devices with operating Android, iOS and through internet browser on on the phone.
2.8. Vehicle – vehicle which is equipped telemetric device and which can _ rent through MYNT system. Vehicle have additional equipment : holder phone, trunk, helmet .

2.10. Time rent – time from the moment rent Drive to his return on prescribed way described in the Regulations.

2.12. Price list – price list service and fee The MYNT system is integral part Contract. Price list is available on internet page https://rentMYNT.com
2.13. Subscriber account – personal account Client in the MYNT System, at which are realized transactions approvals and charges for use service which offers MYNT system compliant Price list and Price list additional compensation .
2.14. Area – city, port, camp specified in the Regulations and marked as territory providing service, on to which MYNT Mobility delivers vehicles for rent within _ MYNT system .
3. General conditions use of MYNT
3.1. Terms of use MYNT service from sides Clients are:
I. physical status persons,
II. 18 years of age,
III. possession valid driving permits at least category AM or more (required management license _ scooter with electric engine power up to 4 kW),
IV. possession driving permits which is recognized in Croatia , others states European Union , Switzerland , Liechtenstein , Norway , Iceland or recognized as international driver’s license permit combined with national _ driving permission , if allows driving in Croatia,
V. giving required personal data occasion registration,
VI. acceptance conditions specified in the Regulations.
3.2. MYNT Mobility rents To the client Vehicle under conditions that are specified in the Regulations on basis Individual lease agreement _ Vehicles.
4. Responsibility and obligations
4.1. Rights and obligations and responsibility of MYNT Mobility
a) MYNT Mobility is not bound offer Mobile an app for everyone mobile devices . Supported devices work on Android and iOS .

4.2. Obligations Client:

Police / Firefighters they must be informed , that the Vehicle which was involved in the accident on electric drive .
g) The client is required inform MYNT Mobility in writing form or through electronic mail (on address support@rentMYNT.com) about all details accidents within 2 days of the moment of origin accidents.
h) Vehicle have shelf insurance from automotive responsibilities .
i) Use is prohibited Vehicles persons which are affected _ alcohol , others intoxicants psychotropic drugs _ substances or substitutes drugs in terms abuse provisions _ drugs , strong antiallergic drugs or others drugs cause of which is prohibited by definition or recommended _ withdrawal from management vehicles .
j) Use is prohibited Off- road vehicles , jumps , stunts tricks , events related to motorsports , all species racing , road tests , learning driving or for commercial
transport and use Towing vehicles _ or push either what without the previous landing
MYNT Mobility.
k) Transportation is prohibited subject or substances , whose condition , size , shape , or weight I can affect on security on the road.
l) Transportation is prohibited flammable , toxic or others dangerous substances .
m) Use is prohibited Vehicles in illegal purposes .
n) Transportation is prohibited children which they are not turned 12 years old .
o) Travel is prohibited By vehicle abroad .
p) Use is prohibited Vehicles on way opposite principles road traffic .
q) Use Vehicles on a way that is not in harmony with by law or Regulations authorizes MYNT Mobility on cancellation Contracts with the Client , including , on cancellation Individual lease agreement _ Vehicles .
r) Client bear responsibility and commits _ on cover all penalties and public law fees which is the Client got in touch with his using Vehicles .
s) In case accidents / incidents beyond marked Areas providing services , Client will be mandatory for repair damages by general principles .

5. Registration / Assembly contract

6.10. Clients who are beyond Areas providing service I can use The vehicle , however then it is not possible return Vehicles and completion rent . The return must take place on The area providing services .
6.11. Trunk on rear part The vehicle is convenient for transport only light subject . To preserve itself security and cause of fear from destruction _ _ Vehicles , no allowed _ _ there put none te š ke things . Maximum weight _ _ cargo in the trunk can not _ _ _ exceed 3 kg. 7. Types rent

8. Reservation

9. Parking

10. Return
10.1. The client is required return Vehicle on correct way .
10.2. Return Vehicles are considered correct _ if:

c) is the Vehicle set on central stand,

10.3. Items belonging to MYNT Mobility and are in the Vehicle , the Client can not remove or throw out for time duration and after completion rent .

12. Forms payments and fees
12.1. General conditions payments :

12.2. Available methods payments :

12.6. MYNT Mobility does not handle none files Related to realization payments , except number transactions and names and surnames persons which findings payment .
12.7. The activation fee is determined Price list . Money paid as part Activation fees are awarded _ on Subscriber account and is available for use in the form minutes . After
payments Activation fees , Client _ can get on use free minutes
– quantity _ _ the minute is specified in the Price List .
12.8. Obtained free minutes are shown as additionally state account ( Balance ). The user can not ask return conditions the resulting account obtained free minutes .
12.9. Usage fee _ Vehicles are charged for each started minute .
12.10. Fees are calculated according to items which are in the Price List . Basis for calculation fees is a number minute rent which is calculated from the moment assembly Individual lease agreement _ Vehicles until the moment correct return Vehicles and receipts return ( completion lease ) in the MYNT System .
12.11. The client is required Price list valid at the time execution reservations Vehicles , which is available through MYNT system .
12.12. After completion rent Vehicles , Client gets notice of accrued usage fees _ Vehicles .
12.13. Client always can on its own download invoice which is available after logging in to the MYNT System , downloading it in PDF format .
12.14. In case existence debts fee possibility performance reservations and rent Vehicles are suspended for a moment settlement debts .
12.15. MYNT Mobility, within consent which he gave him Debit client _ cards in his name (recurring), has possibility charges cards in the case _ when the amount resulting _ from Individual _ _ lease agreement _ Vehicles pre š ao value funds collected on Subscriber _ _ account . _ _ MYNT Mobility is authorized exclusively for debiting cards only in the above case .
12.16. In case negative conditions on Invoice The client as results his insufficient payments and realization Individual lease agreement _ Vehicles , Client will be obliged solve payment in favor Partner in accordance with the provisions Price list .
12.17. Use service payment MYNT Mobility system enables Clients payment service which are offered Within _ MYNT system using Mobile applications and internet pages .

13. Insurance
13.1. All Vehicles they have civil insurance _ responsibilities .
13.2. Insurance does not cover damage which is intentional caused The client .
13.3. Conditions insurance are in line with the general conditions insurance which provides Insurer .
14. Complaints
14.1. Client can submit complaint which relates _ on Contract or on Individual lease agreement _ Vehicles to MYNT Mobility in each moment . All complaints relating _ _ on services which are provided on basis Regulations can be tolerated on any way that allows MYNT Mobility to become acquainted with it content , with special _ emphasis on following form communications :
I. electronic through on Email address : support@RentMYNT.com ,
II. by mail on MYNT Mobility address
14.2. If data or information which are days in the complaint require completion , before considerations complaints , MYNT Mobility will address applicant complaints with a request for hers supplement in the specified area .
14.3. Complaints which do not contain files which allow identification Client , MYNT Mobility will not to consider .
14.4. Submission He does not release complaints The client from timely fulfillment obligations according to MYNT Mobility.
14.5. Complaint will be considered within 14 days of her receiving .
15. Withdrawal from the Agreement and Individual lease agreement _ Vehicles
15.1. Client can give up from The contract he signed with MYNT Mobility at basis legal regulations – without giving reason , within 14 days of his assembly . Deadline is considered fulfilled , if ago his expired Client sends statement of withdrawal from Contract .
15.2. Client can give up from Contract , between other, via :
a) sending resignation statements _ from Contract MYNT Mobility on email address : support@rentMYNT.com in the form documents ,
b) sending written resignation statements _ from Contract MYNT Mobility on postal address.

15.4.
